1. A maximum number of 16 children per course

2. A minimum number of 10 places may need to be retained before a course commences. If this is not fulfilled, a full refund is applicable. This is at the discretion of the ActivKids Leader

3. Bookings are non transferable

4. Cheques should be made payable to ActivKids

5. Regulations made for the safety and comfort of participants must be observed at all times

6. ActivKids reserves the right to exclude or refuse any person prior to or during the activity. Participation in any activity is at the discretion of ActivKids Leaders

7. ActivKids accepts no responsibility for loss, injury or damage arising, other than solely through its own negligence. All reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of all persons attending ActivKids activity programmes

8. No refunds will be given unless a doctor’s certificate is produced as proof of illness

Parents Charter

The ActivKids fitness development programme has been developed by teachers, youth workers and fitness professionals, so that the needs and requirements of all children between the ages of 4 and 11 years are catered for.

It is our objective to provide wide-ranging quality fun experiences of fitness, sport and leisure activities in a safe environment.

To provide you with peace of mind our parents charter guarantees that:

• All ActivKids staff have extensive training and experience in working with children of all abilities
• All staff are screened and police checked
• The programmes will produce a balanced educational variety of activities in a fun environment tailored to the needs of your child
• A qualified First Aider is accessible at all times

All children in our care will be treated with equal concern and without prejudice to their religious persuasion, racial origin, cultural background, gender, ability or special needs.

Children must be collected by a named person at the completion of a session and will not be allowed to leave unaccompanied unless permission has been specifically requested by a parent.

Cancellation policy

Payment must be received in full a minimum of ten days before the start of the course. Any child who is booked onto a course, but has not paid by this time will lose their place. Any cancellation during this time, cancellation policy applied.

• Between one week and 24 hours, 50% refund
• Within 24 hours, no refund
